You receive a ready-made account (email and password) with 12 months of the Plus plan, usable on up to 5 Windows PCs. Log in at office.com and check the subscription as soon as you get it, and report any problem within 48 hours.
How to activate
You receive: Ready-made account
You receive login details for a pre-activated account.
Copy the email and password from your vault.
Go to office.com and sign in with them.
Open your Microsoft account and check the subscription is active, right away.
Click Install apps and install Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the rest.
If anything is wrong, message us within 48 hours of receiving the account.
Problems are only covered within 48 hours, so check the subscription as soon as you get the login.
